DOCTORS A-Z: All orders shipped within 24 hrs UPS (3 day select) within USA. No charge for minimum orders of $125.00. There is a $7.50 charge for orders below $125.00.
HEALTH ACCESSORIES: Prices include shipping charges UPS Ground. Special shipping, Overnight, 2nd. day, 3rd. day Select and shipments requiring USPS Priority Mail, shall be billed the difference from the ground rate.
Doctor's A-Z:
All returns must be authorized in advance and must be made within six months of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned. Damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order. No returns will be accepted on special order items or split boxes of bars, drinks, or packets. All price tags and glue residue must be removed prior to return. An additional restocking fee of 15% will be applied if we remove price tags or residue. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs on consumer returns.
Health Appliances
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Authorized returns which are in original condition (factory fresh, original cartons, free of store pricing) must be shipped pre-paid and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns over 90 days are accepted.
